Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified in each plan, cancellation fees are as follows. We will refund the amount of your accommodation fee minus the cancellation fee. If you used a coupon, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the amount before applying the coupon.

  • From 14 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
  • From 7 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
  • From 3 days before: 80% of the accommodation fee
  • From the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
