The Moon and Sun (Tukito Taiyou)

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

Is parking available?

Each villa has free parking available for guests. Please note that we only provide the parking space and are not responsible for vehicle management.

  • Moon and Sun BASE ATAMI: 5 cars
  • Moon and Sun HANABI: 2 small cars
  • Moon and Sun DREAM VILLA: 2 cars
  • Moon and Sun EN ATAMI: 3 small cars

Is internet connection available?

Free Wi-Fi is available. Please check the manual in each villa for SSID and password details.

Can I bring my pet?

Small indoor dogs are welcome.

What amenities are provided?

We provide the following amenities in all villas:

  • Sauna hats, bathrobes, sauna mats
  • Sauna scents
  • Towels, bath towels
  • Body soap, shampoo, conditioner
  • Makeup remover, toner, moisturiser, cotton, cotton buds
  • Toothbrush sets
  • Hair dryer, brush, razor
  • Slippers
  • Tea set

Are cooking utensils and dishes available?

All villas are equipped with the cooking utensils and dishes listed below. Please note that we only provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil as condiments.
As there are no supermarkets near the villas, we recommend shopping for groceries before your arrival.

  • Microwave, rice cooker, toaster, hot plate, barbecue grill
  • Water dispenser, electric kettle
  • Cooking utensils (knives, pots, pans, etc.) and tableware

*Moon and Sun BASE ATAMI and Moon and Sun EN ATAMI also have ice makers and wine cellars.

Is a barbecue grill available?

We provide barbecue grills on the balcony or terrace of each villa.
You will need to bring your own food ingredients (we provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil as condiments).
*Please note that barbecue usage is only allowed until 8 PM.

Where can I pick up the BBQ set I ordered as an option?

Pre-ordered BBQ sets will be delivered to the refrigerator in your room on the first day of your stay.
*Please consume all food items on the same day as delivery.

Are pyjamas or nightwear provided?

We do not provide pyjamas or nightwear. Please bring your own.

What should I bring for using the sauna?

You can enjoy the sauna without bringing any special items, but please bring swimwear if you plan to use the Jacuzzi or pool.
There are no privacy screens on the balconies or terraces.

We provide the following sauna items:

  • Bathrobe
  • Sauna hat
  • Sauna mat
  • Sauna scent

Can I take home the sauna scent?

For all accommodation plans, we provide sauna scents in collaboration with Artemis Herbal Shop.
We apologise, but as we need to collect the empty bottles, please refrain from taking them home.

Can I use the hot spring anytime?

You can use the hot spring 24 hours a day. However, as the water is not continuously flowing, you will need to fill the bathtub before use.

Can I use the sauna anytime?

【Moon and Sun DREAM VILLA / HANABI】

The sauna is available 24 hours a day. At check-in (3 PM), it will be at 100°C and operates with a 4-hour timer that automatically turns off. When the power goes off, please reset the timer to continue using it.

【Moon and Sun BASE ATAMI / EN ATAMI】

The sauna is automatically managed and will be at 100°C at check-in (3 PM). You can use it until check-out (except from 1 AM to 5 AM, and from 11 AM to 1 PM for consecutive stays).

Can we stay with more people than the maximum capacity?

Due to regulations under the Hotel Business Act, we cannot accommodate more guests than the stated capacity.
*Infants (ages 0-2) who will sleep in the same bed as parents are not counted in the capacity.

Is room cleaning provided during consecutive stays?

We do not provide cleaning services during your stay. A vacuum cleaner is available in the room for your use if needed.

Can I get a receipt?

For bookings made through our official website, we can issue receipts via the page linked below.
For bookings made through external travel booking sites, please contact the respective site directly.

I paid with PayPay but haven't received a booking confirmation email. What should I do?

If you closed the screen after pressing the "Pay" button in PayPay, the booking may have failed.
If you don't receive an email after about 30 minutes, the booking likely failed. Please try booking again.
When a booking fails, the payment is automatically cancelled, but if the refund is not processed, please contact us.

What payment methods are available?

Payment is by credit card only. We accept the following brands:

VISA / Master / AMEX / JCB / DinersClub

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience, except in cases where the product has obvious defects.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We apologise, but we do not offer gift wrapping or message card services.

Which shipping company do you use?

We use Yamato Transport for shipping.
*You cannot specify a different shipping company.

Can I specify a delivery time?

You can specify delivery during the following time slots:

  • Morning
  • 2 PM - 4 PM
  • 4 PM - 6 PM
  • 6 PM - 8 PM
  • 7 PM - 9 PM

*If you select delivery to "Moon and Sun" villas, we will deliver to the refrigerator before your check-in on the first day of your stay.

What are the pickup hours for in-store collection?

You can collect your order between 2 PM and 9 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
*Please note that we are closed on Mondays, so collection is not available on those days.

I haven't received an email after placing my order.

You may have entered an incorrect email address during the ordering process, or the email might have been filtered into your spam folder.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. When placing your order, please tick "I want a receipt" and enter the recipient's name.

I cancelled my stay at "Moon and Sun" villa and want to change the delivery address.

If you've cancelled your accommodation, we can change the delivery address before shipping.
Please contact d29shop.info[at]gmail.com with your name, order details, and the new address and contact information.
*Due to the nature of food products, we cannot cancel orders, so we can only change the delivery address.
