For bookings made by April 20, 2026
After your request, we will send a PDF receipt to your registered email address within 5 business days.
Please note that bookings made through external travel websites are not eligible for this service.
About Receipt Format
- We cannot issue receipts with "To Whom It May Concern" or unnamed recipients.
- We cannot split the amount across multiple receipts.
- We cannot modify the description of the transaction on the receipt.
For bookings made on or after April 21, 2026
For bookings made on or after April 21, 2026, guests can download their receipts themselves from the Guest My Page.
Issuing receipts from My Page
- Receipts can be issued from the Guest My Page starting 4 days after the day following your check-out date (the amount-finalization date).
- The URL of the Guest My Page is included in the booking confirmation email sent at the time of your booking.
- Our property cannot issue receipts. Please complete the process via My Page.
- Receipts will be issued in the name of バリューコマース株式会社 (ValueCommerce Co., Ltd.), the provider of the reservation system.
