The bright living room offers beautiful views of Sagami Bay, equipped with our luxurious furniture and cooking utensils. Relax and forget the passage of time while enjoying the natural scenery.
Balcony
The terrace deck is directly accessible from the living room. On clear days, the views are spectacular. Use the space for cooling down after the sauna, or enjoy a BBQ with friends and family. This villa also features a special observation deck.
Workation Space
We've prepared a working space for two people. Atami Nature Forest's quiet environment combined with the sauna and hot spring will enhance your productivity during your stay. A ladder leads to a loft space perfect for breaks or short naps.
Sauna & Bathroom
You can enjoyu our private authentic Finnish sauna. The lighting has a dimming function, allowing for meditation. The bathtub is filled with hot spring water, accessible 24 hours a day. Enjoy a unique thermal experience with our original sauna scents.
Bedrooms
Soothe your daily fatigue in our plush beds. The Japanese-style room has two double beds, and the western-style room has one queen bed. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with your family or group.
Important Notes
・This villa is located on a hillside and requires climbing 67 steps to reach the entrance. Please be aware of this in advance.
・There are no convenience stores or supermarkets on the premises. Please purchase your food and drinks before arrival.
・We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. Please bring any other condiments you may need.
・As there are permanent residents in the villa area, outdoor BBQ is not permitted after 8:00 p.m.
・Please use only the BBQ equipment provided by the facility. Bringing or using your own charcoal or firewood is not permitted.
・Regarding fire safety:
- Fireworks, candles, and bonfires are prohibited on the premises, terrace, and garden.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, on the terrace, or in the garden. Please use the designated smoking areas with ashtrays.
・Regarding the bath:
- If hot water runs continuously for an hour, the gas will shut off and will require an outdoor reset.
・Regarding the sauna:
- To prevent fire hazards, flammable items and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the sauna.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused by alcohol consumption in the sauna.
- Please stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Please review the Sauna Rules.
・This plan allows small dogs only. When accompanied by a pet, you will be required to sign the "Pet Accommodation Rules" which includes information about vaccinations.
・Rooms will not be cleaned during your stay.
・Playing musical instruments is prohibited because other villa owners live in the area.
