Living & Dining
The spacious living area equiped with underfloor heating and sophisticated interior design. Watch films and videos using the projector, or use the space for chatting. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and a wine cellar for preparing your own meals.
Bedrooms
We provide 8 beds across 5 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, and 6 double beds. After enjoying the sauna, pool, and BBQ, you can relax in our comfortable beds.
Sauna & Bathroom
Enjoy two Finnish saunas*. One sauna room is designed for treatments and whisking, with a small window for fresh air. In addition to the indoor bath, we've placed a hot spring bath and cold water bath on the terrace.
* Operating hours: From check-in until check-out (except from 1:00 am to 5:00 am, and from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for consecutive stays)
Terrace & Outdoor Pool
The covered terrace allows for BBQ even in rainy day and is perfect for cooling down after the sauna. The outdoor infinity pool offers ocean views and you can even watch Atami fireworks. You can use the pool as a cold plunge after the sauna or simply float and relax—the possibilities are endless.
Important Notes
■Pool
・As this area is rich in nature, you may find occasional insects in the pool. If this concerns you, please use the provided net to remove them.
・Please be sure to turn off the tap before going to sleep.
・There are steps in the pool and it is not very deep. Diving is prohibited.
・There is no fence around the pool. Please keep an eye on children.
・Pets are not allowed in the pool.
■Other
・There are no convenience stores or supermarkets on the premises. Please purchase your food and drinks before arrival.
・We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. Please bring any other condiments you may need.
・As there are permanent residents in the villa area, outdoor BBQ is not permitted after 8:00 p.m.
・Please use only the BBQ equipment provided by the facility. Bringing or using your own charcoal or firewood is not permitted.
・Regarding fire safety:
- Fireworks, candles, and bonfires are prohibited on the premises, terrace, and garden.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, on the terrace, or in the garden. Please use the designated smoking areas with ashtrays.
・Regarding the sauna:
- To prevent fire hazards, flammable items and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the sauna.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused by alcohol consumption in the sauna.
- Please stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Please review the Sauna Terms of Use.
・This plan allows small indoor dogs only. When accompanied by a pet, you will be required to sign the "Pet Accommodation Rules" which includes information about vaccinations.
・Rooms will not be cleaned during your stay.
・Playing musical instruments is prohibited because other villa owners live in the area.
