Living & Dining
The spacious Japanese-modern living and dining area features large windows that you can enjoy the beautiful scene of nature. You can use the built-in projector to enjoy movies or share memorable moments on a large screen. The dining area is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and a wine cellar, allowing you to prepare meals with ingredients you bring. Every moment spent here will deepen your connections with loved ones and create special memories.
* The decorative fireplace is non-functional.
Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms. Three rooms accommodate 2 people each, and one room is for 4 people with 2 single beds and 2 futon sets. Surrounded by the warmth of tatami mats, enjoy peaceful moments of conversation with loved ones or quiet reflection for yourself.

Sauna & Bathroom
There are two Finnish saunas*, one of which is specially designed for whisking and other sauna rituals. The indoor baths have both a hot spring bath and a cold plunge pool. There's also an outdoor hot spring bath.
* Operating hours: From check-in until check-out (except from 1:00 am to 5:00 am, and from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for consecutive stays)
Terrace & Outdoor Space
The magnificent terrace offers panoramic views of Atami's sea and sky. Wake up to crisp morning air, gaze at the blue ocean during the day, and enjoy beautiful stars at night. The wooden deck features comfortable seating where you can relax to the sounds of gentle breezes and birdsong. There is also a BBQ grill. At day's end, soak in the outdoor hot spring bath and surrender to the leisurely flow of time in Atami.
Important Notes
・There are no convenience stores or supermarkets on the premises. Please purchase your food and drinks before arrival.
・We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. Please bring any other condiments you may need.
・As there are permanent residents in the villa area, outdoor BBQ is not permitted after 8:00 p.m.
・Please use only the BBQ equipment provided by the facility. Bringing or using your own charcoal or firewood is not permitted.
・The fireplace in the living room is decorative and cannot be used.
・Regarding fire safety:
- Fireworks, candles, and bonfires are prohibited on the premises, terrace, and garden.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, on the terrace, or in the garden. Please use the designated smoking areas with ashtrays.
・Regarding the bath:
- If hot water runs continuously for an hour, the gas will shut off and will require an outdoor reset.
- The large bath takes about 30 minutes to fill. Please set a 30-minute timer on your electronic device.
・Regarding the sauna:
- To prevent fire hazards, flammable items and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the sauna.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused by alcohol consumption in the sauna.
- Please stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Please review the Sauna Terms of Use.
・This plan allows small dogs only. When accompanied by a pet, you will be required to sign the "Pet Accommodation Rules" which includes information about vaccinations.
・Rooms will not be cleaned during your stay.
・Playing musical instruments is prohibited because other villa owners live in the area.
